“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.” ~ Albert Einstein
What is Reiki and Energy Work?
Quantum physicists have shown us that EVERYTHING is composed of energy, including every aspect of ourselves. By working with the energy in and around the body, it is possible to create positive changes on all levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Reiki is a Japanese healing art whereby the practitioner transmits energy to the client, by the gentle laying on of hands or above body hand placements. Reiki works with and improves all of the energy systems of the recipient.
Reiki is one modality of "tapping" into and using universal energy, source energy, creator energy, life force...whatever you want to call it that feels right for you. At Pure Energy Reiki, multiple Energy Healing techniques are used to ensure the best possible outcome for each individual client.
It's all about VIBRATIONS!
Our vibrations wax and wane depending on current circumstances. Reiki energy has a high vibration and can help raise your baseline vibration.
Raising and maintaining a higher vibration is essential for optimal health and well being!
During an Energy session
you are enveloped with high vibrating energy and have it coursing
through your body which helps shift and release the denser, low
vibrating energy that limits you and keeps you stuck. This created
SPACE. Space for the higher, lighter energy that raises your
vibration.
It's really quite simple:
High vibrations = feel good
Low vibrations = feel bad
High vibrations: LOVE, gratitude, joy, laughter, peace, acceptance....
Low vibrations: anger, worry, frustration, jealousy, hatred...
Your thoughts have vibrations!
Your thoughts have vibrations and differ depending on the vibrational level they originate from. While high vibrating thoughts make you feel great, lower vibrating thoughts create bio-chemical and physiological changes in your body called the stress response.
"when your body repeatedly encounters
a set of physiological changes dubbed
the stress response, trouble can brew.
Stress may contribute to or exacerbate
various health problems, including these:
high blood pressure, suppression of the
immune system, headaches, insomnia,
depression, and irritable bowel syndrome..."
